Mission #3: Citation X Airplane 2

The latest mission the Lord has called us to is securing a second Citation X airplane to increase the ease of outreach for other ministries worldwide, such as Reinhard Bonnke’s evangelistic association. Together, we can get this message of faith to the world! Watch this video to learn more and see how you can join these special forces…

Has the Lord called you to join us in this mission to bring the Word to the world?

Why You Shouldn't Give Up On Prosperity

When Ken and I first began to walk by faith, we were in a terrible financial condition. It would have been very easy at the time to give up and quit. But as the laws of prosperity became a reality to us, the light at the end of the tunnel became brighter and brighter. Our debts were not taken care of immediately—it took some time for us to pay all of our bills. During this period, we had to put the force of patience to work and refuse to give up. And as a result, in less than one year, we were free from debt and headed on a path to victory.

Perhaps you are questioning what patience has to do with gaining results in your life.

Well patience is what undergirds and sustains your faith until the result is manifest. When you learn to release the power of patience, you can receive anything from God that agrees with His Word. Patience is the difference between trying and doing. It’s the difference between fishing and catching fish. It’s the difference between attempting to walk by faith and succeeding. Patience makes all the difference as we see in the following scripture:

Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised…. But the just shall live by faith…and if he draws back and shrinks in fear, My soul has no delight or pleasure in him. But our way is not that of those who draw back to eternal misery (perdition) and are utterly destroyed, but we are of those who believe…and by faith preserve the soul. Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses] (Hebrews 10:35-39, 11:1, The Amplified Bible).

Your fearless confidence carries a great and glorious compensation of reward! And patience encourages fearless confidence in God’s Word despite contrary evidence in the seen world. If Ken and I had continued to operate based on what we saw, we would still be in debt today. But we had confidence that God’s Word would not fail and it produced great results.

So when Satan brings a test or trial against you, do not fling away your confidence in God’s Word. This refusal to cast away your confidence in His Word is the power of patience at work.

Hold Yourself Calm

I like what Psalm 94:12-13 tells us about patience: “Blessed…is the man whom You discipline and instruct, O Lord, and teach out of Your law, That You may give him power to hold himself calm in the days of adversity,” (The Amplified Bible).

Patience is the power to hold yourself calm during adversity. Isn’t that good?

According to this scripture, holding yourself calm is the result of being instructed by God’s Word. It is being a doer of the Word and not a hearer only (James 1:22). When you act on what God’s Word says about your situation the power of patience is released.

You need to stay calm and focused on the Word in the face of adversity when it looks like doom is inevitable—when Satan puts strong pressure on you to faint and give up. At that moment, you may be tempted to succumb to the pressure and let go of God’s Word. Don’t do it! You cannot succumb to Satan’s pressure without flinging away your confidence in God’s Word.

There is no middle ground.

When it comes to standing on the Word you are either on or off.

Patience has the courage to refuse to believe what Satan tries to prove true in the natural world. When situations appear contrary to what the Word promises, you must take a firm stand in faith and say, “I will not succumb to pressure. I am moved by nothing except the Word of God.”

When Satan’s pressure says that God’s Word is not working—patience rejects it as a lie.

Patience has no fear because it knows that God’s Word has never failed. Patience knows that when faith is exercised to receive a promise from the Word, success is inevitable.

Pleasing God

We read in Hebrews 10:38, “the just shall live by faith.” If you are to please God you must operate in faith. And faith not only believes that God exists but faith also believes that God rewards those that diligently seek Him. And then we read that “if he draws back and shrinks in fear, My soul has no delight or pleasure in him.”

So why is it that God takes no pleasure in you if you draw back in fear?

Because the instant you draw back in fear, you quit operating in faith. And faith is the assurance (the title deed) to the things you are believing for. God desires to bless you. He takes pleasure in the prosperity of His people. But He takes no pleasure in—and cannot bless—fear.

Jesus tells us: “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” (Luke 12:32).

Faith, undergirded by patience, will defend and protect your soul from Satan’s attacks—from fear. Faith in God’s Word is your proof that you have received, even though you cannot yet see it with your natural eye. That kind of faith comes only through God’s grace and the “power of patience.”

So remain steadfast. Don’t give up. Continue to put the Word first place in every situation. It is God’s good pleasure to prosper and bless you in every area of your life.

Reinhard Bonnke Preaches Jesus Christ to America

German-born Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke has preached to millions of people on the continent of Africa. His ministry, Christ For All Nations, has hosted 411 crusades in 392 cities. In one single meeting there were 1.6 million people documented to be in attendance. As a result of these crusades, over 73 million people have received Jesus as Savior.

Now, God is changing Rev. Bonnke’s direction to the United States. He is preaching to bring the people of America to Jesus. It’s a large task, but God has assured Rev. Bonnke that America will be saved! Recently, during a meeting in Houston, Texas, 27,000 were in attendance and over 3,000 people accepted Jesus as their Savior.

Kenneth Copeland Ministries continues to support Rev. Bonnke and this evangelistic project with prayers and financial gifts. Thank you, KCM Partners! Together with Rev. Bonnke, we will see America saved!

National Day of Prayer 2015

The 64th annual National Day of Prayer, May 7, 2015, will have profound significance for our country.  It is an unprecedented opportunity to see the Lord’s healing and renewing power made manifest as we call on citizens to humbly come before His throne.

The theme for 2015 is Lord, Hear Our Cry, emphasizing the need for individuals, corporately and individually, to place their faith in the unfailing character of their Creator, who is sovereign over all governments, authorities, and men.  To further highlight the theme, I Kings 8:28 was chosen as the Scripture for this year:

Hear the cry and the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence this day.”

The National Day of Prayer has great significance for us as a nation as it enables us to recall and to teach the way in which our founding fathers sought the wisdom of God when faced with critical decisions. It stands as a call for us to humbly come before God, seeking His guidance for our leaders and His grace upon us as a people. The unanimous passage of the bill establishing the National Day of Prayer as an annual event, signifies that prayer is as important to our nation today as it was in the beginning. The National Day of Prayer belongs to all Americans. It is a day that transcends differences, bringing together citizens from all backgrounds.

National Prayer – To be prayed on May 7, 2015 at Noon EST

Heavenly Father,

We come to You in the Name that is above every name—Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Our hearts cry out to You.

Knowing that You are a prayer-answering, faithful God—the One we trust in times like these—we ask that You renew our spirits, revive our churches, and heal our land.

We repent of our sins and ask for Your grace and power to save us. Hear our cry, oh God, and pour out Your Spirit upon us that we may walk in obedience to Your Word.

We are desperate for Your tender mercies. We are broken and humbled before You.

Forgive us, and in the power of Your great love, lift us up to live in Your righteousness.

We pray for our beloved nation. May we repent and return to You and be a light to the nations. And we pray for our leaders and ask that You give them wisdom and faith to follow You.

Preserve and protect us, for You are our refuge and only hope.

Deliver us from all fears except to fear You, and may we courageously stand in the Truth that sets us free.

We pray with expectant faith and grateful hearts.

In Jesus’ name, our Savior.

Amen.

A Call to Prayer From Kenneth Copeland for Ukrainian & Russian Ministry

Russian is the 5th most spoken language in the world by a number of native speakers. 277 million people speak Russian as their first or second language, of which 2.5 million reside in the U.S. and Canada.

There are 143.5 million people in Russia and 45.4 million people in Ukraine. KCM has been impacting this part of the world with the Word of God for over 20 years through the TV broadcast, magazine, website, books and other outreaches.

A KCM office was opened in Minsk, Belarus, in 1994. Later it was moved in 1997 to LVIV, Ukraine, where it currently resides. The early years from 1994 to 2004 were focused on humanitarian aid and the distribution of over 15 million faith-teaching books translated into Russian.

Thirty-two KCM books have been translated into Russian, including Brother Copeland’s latest, The Blessing of the Lord. The first Russian BVOV TV broadcast aired in 1993, and the first Ukrainian broadcast in 1995. Today, the TV broadcast is seen throughout Europe, North America and the Middle East to a potential viewing audience of approximately 200 million people.

The BVOV magazine was first printed in Russian in early 2000. Today, over 24,400 magazines are mailed each month: 62% to Ukraine and 28% to Russia. KCM’s Russian website launched in 2004. Last year the website had 1,184,076 visits from 144,581 unique users. About 43% came from Ukraine and 30% from Russia. After the homepage, the TV broadcast was the most visited area on the website.

KCM’s Russian Facebook page started in 2011, growing to over 10,300 Likes, with posts reaching up to 310,000 people. Partners, you are part of this powerful, ongoing outreach.

The recent conflict in Ukraine has presented challenges with the delivery of Partner letters and magazines to our Partners, with large amounts of returned mail. It’s estimated that more than a million are displaced from the eastern part of Ukraine alone, and the infrastructure that has been destroyed makes postal service to many other areas in the conflict zone impossible. Twenty-five percent of KCM’s Russian speaking Partners live in the eastern part of Ukraine.

Pressure on financial and economic systems have resulted in the devaluation of currency and increased taxes, while scarcity and rationing have caused food prices and other consumables imported to be more than double what they were a few months ago. 10,423 KCM Partners live predominately in Russia and Ukraine.

This is a call to pray. Partners, join Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, and all the KCM Partners around the world. Together, let’s stand in faith and pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray for them every day, that they’d be full of faith and strong in the Lord—empowered by The BLESSING.

KCM’s Russian language outreach will continue to spread the gospel and reach millions of people throughout eastern Europe. We are maintaining a presence of God’s Word to be a voice of victory—declaring that Jesus Is Lord!

KCM Partners With EHI to Aid Liberia During Ebola Crisis

In October 2014, KCM partnered with Earth Harvest Initiative (EHI) to help with the Ebola crisis in Liberia. Because of the faithful support of KCM Partners, we were able to donate money to Earth Harvest initiative to purchase food and needed medical equipment and supplies that directly helped with the Ebola crisis. In addition, KCM donated funds to purchase an ambulance for the city of Monrovia, so the city could have a greater capacity to transport patients. Thank you, Partners, for your faithfulness! Because of you, we were able to be the hands and feet of Jesus in Liberia!

Peruvian Pastor’s Dream Comes True

Pastor Hernán Babilón, a KCM Partner in Lima, Peru, has been praying for Kenneth Copeland to preach in his city for more than a decade. June 6-7, 2014, his dream came true at the Peru Victory Campaign hosted by Kenneth Copeland Ministries.

Pastor Hernán first learned about Kenneth Copeland Ministries through ministry material he received at a Bible institute in 1997. He was in debt with no hope of ever getting out, and the message he heard from Kenneth Copeland—that God wants to bless His people—changed his life.

Without the support of his family, Pastor Hernán started a church in his living room with just a handful of members. He regularly showed Brother Copeland teachings about THE BLESSING on a small TV screen. Pastor Hernán told his congregation members, “One day, this man will preach in Peru.”

In 2008, Brother Copeland started holding Victory Campaigns in Venezuela and Pastor Hernán always attended. Every year Pastor Hernán would ask Brother Copeland if he would come to Peru, and every year Brother Copeland had the same response: “I’m coming to Peru, but not now.” In 2013, Hernán received a different answer to his question. Brother Copeland opened his mouth to reply, but led by the Holy Spirit, he found himself saying he would go to Peru in 2014.

Pastor Hernán immediately got to work networking with pastors and churches all over Latin America, encouraging them to make plans to attend the 2014 meeting. His hard work and faith paid off as more than 1100 pastors from all over the region attended the Peru Victory Campaign, with over 14,000 people in total attendance for all four sessions.

In addition, Brother Copeland accepted an invitation to preach at Pastor Hernán’s church the Sunday after the campaign. His church now has approximately 100 members and meets in a low-income settlement in Lima. The people had to make room for additional seating in the storage-front church by adding a connecting tent in the street!

“Brother Copeland preached to that congregation with as much intensity as he did to the thousands the two days before,” said Marcos Rey, who manages the Latin America outreach at KCM. “The congregation received the message about the authority and integrity of God’s Word with gladness.”

Pastor Hernán declared to his congregation, “The prophet has come; Peru will never be the same.”

Pastor Hernán continues to believe God will do big things in Peru. He believes that Peru will become one of the most prosperous nations in the world, and it will be a distribution center for THE BLESSING. He is believing also to buy—debt-free—a national stadium that seats 40,000 people for his growing congregation.

Join us as we stand in faith with Pastor Hernán and declare that “Jesus Is LORD!” over Peru and all of Latin America!
