KCM returns to La Place, LA

On August 30, 2012, Hurricane Isaac made landfall in Louisiana, seven years to the day of Hurricane Katrina. Immediately following the storm, the Kenneth Copeland Ministries Disaster Relief Team arrived to look for our Partners.  Unlike previous hurricanes that made landfall along the Louisiana coast, Isaac badly flooded the small town of La Place, La. Located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, La Place has been spared the devastation suffered by many towns in the past. Isaac left many homes in La Place under 4-5 feet of water, leaving this town with a long road to complete recovery.

On Saturday, March 9, 2013, Kenneth Copeland Ministries returned to Louisiana to offer more assistance as the community continues to rebuild. KCM partnered with Destiny Christian Center and Feed the Children to provide 400 families with a week’s worth of groceries and household and personal care items. Check out this video to see how the Partners of KCM are continuing to help the residents of La Place.
